Our practice has been taking care of patients in the community for nearly 35 years, and our current staff has amassed over 80 years of experience - which transforms our clinic into one of the area's top treatment centers. Our highly-skilled staff will blend both conventional and alternative approaches to treat your condition. Our therapists believe that it is vital for the patient to take an active role in their health and rehabilitation. So, to achieve this goal, we integrate education, exercise instruction, postural awareness, and body mechanics into the treatment program.

Director of Physical Therapy
Carol Bedwell Frazier, P.T., D.P.T. graduated in 1982 from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Medicine. She earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013 from the A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Sciences. She has a background in sports medicine, inpatient orthopedic physical therapy, and outpatient orthopedic therapy. She has a special interest in working with patients with spine-related disorders and pediatrics.

Brian Grahe, P.T., D.P.T., received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Medicine in 2009. He completed his undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Maryland – Baltimore County.
Dr. Grahe has an extensive background with manual therapy, with a focus on the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT). Brian's special interests include sports rehabilitation, and orthopedics. He believes that patient education is a vital part of physical therapy to help his patients maintain their success outside of the office.
In his free time, Brian enjoys running, playing golf, and spending time with his family.

Julia M. Hudson, P.T., M.S.P.T. earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree at Beaver College in 1993. Julia received her Bachelor of Science degree from Salisbury State College.
Julia is proficient in treating a broad spectrum of patient populations. Her special interests include the treatment of patients with orthopedic, spine, neurologic, vestibular and balance disorders. She believes in utilizing a patient centered, evidence-based approach, with an emphasis on patient education in order to achieve the best outcomes and maximize function.
In her free time, some of Julia’s interests include hiking, enjoying the outdoors, gardening, baking and spending time with her family.
